Loan officers, Realtors - We know it’s a balancing act, not pressuring borrowers, but following up & staying in touch enough to get necessary documents, and move the loan toward closing. We keep you informed on these things, when we get borrower feedback. If a borrower delays our appraisal appointment, it could mean they have concerns about  your loan; you need to know that asap, to address those and better serve your client.

Our staff is very friendly and bilingual, putting borrowers at ease. Our appraisers are experienced and trained to be much more than form-fillers. It’s our small team/family business focus - but still hi-tech and cutting edge.

Our primary appraisal service area is Miami-Dade, Broward & Palm Beach counties. However, we literally go “the extra mile” for steady clients, to Martin & St Lucie as well. For select commercial projects, we cover all of Florida.
