If your estimated or target value fits right into the range - Call Me to discuss the appraisal assignment. We accept credit cards and checks by phone and Fax! If estimated value is 15% or more above the range of prices -- you may consider a different loan, or re-negotiate the contract. (especially if the home was bought in 2005 or 2006) Maybe it's at the top of the range, within 10% or so and you're not sure. Is there a recent appraisal to support the value estimated?
